He is admitted to practice law in the jurisdictions of Washington DC, USA and South Africa. In early 1997 he founded the law chambers of Eisenberg & Associates, a boutique law firm devoted exclusively to the practice of South African immigration and Nationality law, a field in which Mr Eisenberg has become pre-eminent. He specialises in all aspects of immigration practice under the Immigration Act of 2002 and citizenship under the South African Citizenship Act of 1995, as amended. Eisenberg & Associates is widely briefed by attorneys, advocates, private and publically listed corporations and individuals both in South Africa and internationally.
